The 50% First-Month Commission Model
We believe in rewarding our partners heavily right at the moment of impact. We offer a simple, high-paying commission structure: You earn a flat 50% of the initial month’s advertising contract for every client you refer. This is a one-time full payout issued as soon as the client’s first monthly payment successfully clears.

Program Rules & FAQ
When do I get paid?
Commissions are issued monthly, 15 days after the advertiser’s payment has successfully cleared our system. We pay via Venmo, PayPal, or Via other approved payment methods.
How are disputes handled?
To ensure fairness, the Advertiser determines who receives the credit. The individual whose code is entered at the time of the initial purchase is the “Affiliate Partner of Record.” If no code is entered, no commission is generated.
Advertising Guidelines & Content Review
USA Houses LLC reserves the right to review all advertising creative, business licenses, and copy prior to publication. We maintain strict community standards and do not accept advertisements for adult entertainment, illegal services, or industries that conflict with our corporate values and foundational principles. If an ad is submitted that violates these standards, the order will be canceled immediately.
Is being an Affiliate Partner an employment position?
No. All Marketing Partners are Independent Contractors. You have full autonomy over your schedule, methods, and tools. USAHouses.com does not provide training or equipment. You are a third-party vendor providing referral services.

We are initially conducting a rollout across all 50 states. We have USAHouses.com set up as well as NewUSAHouses.com and both will be open for all affiliates to sell our initial rollout of 3 pros per state page, one of which will likely be a featured Realtor, Agent or Broker, the 2nd slot for a featured Lender and the 3rd could be Solar, Insurance, Title, etc. Ideally targeting $150/mo for a 12 month minimum contract on those.
There will be negotiable spots available as well for other slots and pages and terms.
We may be seeking professional Affiliate Partners to manage specific territories in the future.
