The median sales price was $400,000, up from $350,000 last year. Homes sold for 93% of the original list price, compared with 88% in March 2025. Months of supply measured 4 months, compared with 7.5 months a year earlier. 

Hidden Valley Lake

Hidden Valley Lake recorded 6 closed sales in March 2026, compared with 7 in March 2025. New listings totaled 18, up from 16 the previous year. The median days on market was 65 days, compared with 14 days in March 2025. The median sales price was $309,500, compared with $390,000 the previous year. Homes sold for 97% of the original list price, compared with 94% in March 2025. Months of supply measured 9.5 months, compared with 6.3 months a year earlier.

The median sales price was $359,000, compared with $395,000 the previous year. Homes sold for 100% of the original list price, compared with 98% in March 2025. Months of supply was 7.2 months, compared with 7.6 months a year earlier.
